Custom Tailoring Services

Due to the custom nature of our tailoring and alteration services, all work is performed to your specifications and measurements. Once work has begun or been completed, returns or refunds are generally not available.

We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction. Multiple fitting sessions are included to ensure the perfect fit before final completion.

Alteration Services

Alterations are performed on garments you provide. We work to ensure the highest quality results, but please review the work during fitting sessions to ensure satisfaction before final completion.

If adjustments are needed after completion, we will work with you to make necessary corrections within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of completion.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with completed work, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments where possible.

Our commitment to quality means we will:

  • Review the work and discuss your concerns
  • Make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively to find a satisfactory solution
  • Address any issues resulting from our workmanship

Fabric and Materials

If you provide your own fabric or materials, please ensure they are in good condition and sufficient quantity. We are not responsible for fabric defects that become apparent during construction, but we will do our best to work around any issues we discover.

For custom projects where we source materials, we will discuss fabric options and costs during consultation. Once materials are purchased, they cannot be returned unless defective.

Timeline Adjustments

If you need to cancel or postpone a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies will be discussed during consultation and may include:

  • Full refund if cancelled before work begins
  • Partial refund based on work completed if cancelled mid-project
  • No refund for completed work
  • Rescheduling fees may apply for postponements

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to care for your garments, we are not responsible for damage to items that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, fabric defects, or normal wear. We maintain insurance for our work and will address any issues that arise from our workmanship.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days. Refunds are only available in cases where:

  • Work has not yet begun
  • We are unable to complete the work as agreed
  • There is a significant error on our part that cannot be corrected
